James has worked in the field of information security for 6 years with a wide breadth of responsibilities. He currently holds two Global Information Assurance Certifications. One in forensic examinations and one in penetration testing. James is an Information Security Architect for the University of Notre Dame in the Office of Information Technology. As part of his role as Information Security Architect his primary responsibilities are focused on maintaining a secure cloud computing environment as Notre Dame transitions to the cloud. His other areas of responsibilities include incident response, vulnerability management, and e-discovery.
