Peter Bui is an assistant teaching professor in the Computer Science and Engineering department at the University of Notre Dame. In addition to teaching Computer Science courses such as Data Structures, Basic Unix for Engineers, and Ethics and Professional Issues, he also teaches the core Elements of Computing sequence in the Computing & Digital Technologies minor. Outside the classroom, he enjoys hacking on research projects related to systems programming, operating systems, parallel computing, cloud computing, distributed computing, programming languages, compilers, and web services.
